Our roadside stand occupies a building that was once a post-office in the late 1800’s. Now its doors are open from morning till night, spring through fall. All produce is freshly picked and grown on the farm unless otherwise stated. Visit our what’s in season chart.
Vicki’s Veggies specializes in unique heirloom vegetables and what some say “are the best salad greens around" with true flavour. Those who love to cook will discover rare hard-to-find varieties with tastes that come from the earth. Visitors are especially amazed at over 100 hundred varieties of heirloom tomatoes which are available at Vicki’s Veggies beginning mid-summer. They are often unaware that there is anything other than a red tomato! See our photo albums.
Vicki’s Veggies is only a short walk from the Black River Cheese factory along beautiful Morrison Point Road in the shade of giant 140 year-old Maple trees. Drop by and enjoy a taste of farming the way it used to be!
